OnePlus has clarified that this free replacement plan is available only for customers who purchase the OnePlus 13 or OnePlus 13R between January 10, 2025, and February 13, 2025. For those purchasing the device after February 13, the replacement plan can be bought separately at:

- INR 2,299 for OnePlus 13R users
