Rain, Hailstorms Expected in Jabalpur and Surrounding Areas

As per the latest forecast, around a dozen districts, including Jabalpur, Seoni, Balaghat, Mandla, Chhindwara, Katni, and Shahdol, could witness rain accompanied by hailstorms over the next few days. These weather events are expected to provide much-needed relief from the soaring daytime temperatures.

Meanwhile, night temperatures in many areas have already seen a slight drop, bringing temporary relief to residents battling extreme heat during the day.

Rising Temperatures and Heatwave Warnings in Parts of MP

While certain regions may enjoy cooler weather due to rainfall, the IMD has also issued heatwave alerts for cities like Bhind, Gwalior, and Datia starting April 29. Temperatures are expected to rise further in these areas, exacerbating the daytime and nighttime heat.

For Bhopal, however, relief remains elusive, with continued high temperatures expected for the coming days. The IMD predicts that the combination of heatwaves, intermittent rains, and hailstorms could persist over the next three to four days, creating a dynamic and challenging weather pattern across the state.

Residents are advised to stay updated with official weather advisories and take necessary precautions against extreme weather conditions.
