  • 500 grams pasta
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • 1 bowl of peas
  • 2 to 3 finely chopped green chillies (adjust based on spice preference)
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 packet Maggi masala
  • 1 tablespoon pasta masala
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste

Steps to Prepare Pasta Masala

  1. Boil the Pasta
    • Heat half a pan of water in a pot and bring it to a rolling boil.
    • Add 1 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt to the boiling water, followed by the pasta.
    • Cook the pasta for 5 to 10 minutes or until it becomes soft.
    • Once cooked, drain the water using a sieve and set the pasta aside on a plate.
  2. Prepare the Masala Base
    • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
    • Add the finely chopped green chillies and sauté until they begin to crackle. Adjust the quantity of green chillies based on your spice tolerance.
    • Add the chopped onion, carrot, peas, and tomato to the pan. Sauté the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes, ensuring they are evenly cooked.
  3. Add Spices

  4. Combine Pasta and Masala
