2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Leaked Ahead of Launch: New Colors, Digital Console, and More

The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS200 has been leaked online, revealing exciting updates ahead of its official launch. Known for its sporty design and solid performance, the Pulsar RS200 is set to receive several notable upgrades, including new colourways, a redesigned tail lamp, and an all-digital instrument cluster. While the changes are mostly cosmetic, these updates could enhance the bike’s appeal in the highly competitive sports motorcycle segment. A slight price increase is expected, with the current model priced at ₹1.74 lakh (ex-showroom).

New Tail Lamp and Instrument Cluster

One of the most noticeable changes in the leaked video is the redesigned tail lamp, which now features a twin-pod design that integrates the turn indicators and brake light. The design appears to be inspired by BMW motorcycles, offering a fresh and premium look. The outgoing RS200’s brake light design was polarizing, and it seems Bajaj has continued that trend with this update.

Another significant upgrade is the all-digital instrument cluster, similar to the one seen on the Pulsar NS400Z. The new cluster provides clearer, more comprehensive information, and it comes with updated switchgear to navigate through various functions, enhancing the bike’s user experience.

Engine and Performance

Under the hood, the 2025 Pulsar RS200 will continue to be powered by the reliable 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, derived from KTM’s proven 200cc platform. The engine produces 24 bhp of maximum power at 9,750 rpm and 18.7 Nm of peak torque at 8,000 rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

Despite the cosmetic changes, Bajaj has retained the same perimeter frame, with suspension duties handled by telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The RS200 is equipped with disc brakes at both ends, supported by a dual-channel ABS system for enhanced safety. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, ensuring a stable and responsive riding experience.
